If your department is planning an event open to individuals under the age of 18, please note photographs of minors require written consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must obtain signed copies of this photo release prior to your event.
The department organizing the event is responsible for distributing and obtaining signed photo releases for participants under the age of 18.
Photo releases can be shared in advance of the event, during registration, or signed by a parent or legal guardian on site. Sharing in advance of an event is encouraged to better ensure the photo releases are signed and returned before the event.
Photo releases should be made available to registered participants of camps, clinics, field trips, or other similar visits to campus (excluding public gatherings or ticketed arts/athletics events).
Photo releases can be signed electronically or via hard copy.
Event organizers are responsible for retaining the signed photo releases. The releases can be stored in hard copy or electronically.
