Lafayette’s Music Department Presents December Concerts

The Department of Music at Lafayette College presents its annual series of December concerts in the Williams Center for the Arts, 317 Hamilton St. Beginning December 1, and running through December 13, approximately 200 Lafayette students will be featured in nine separate concert performances.

Performances include Lafayette’s primary music ensembles—the Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Chamber Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Combos, and Marquis Consort—and selected student recitalists. In the true spirit of the liberal arts, virtually all academic majors are represented in the various ensembles.

All music department concerts are free and open to the public with tickets that can be reserved through the Williams Center Box Office: (610) 330-5009, weekdays between the hours of noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 5 p.m., and one hour before performances.
